A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Minimum Stay: 5 nights: 6 nights in high season (1 July - 21 August).
Security deposit: 1.000,00 € to be paid on arrival, it will be returned before departure less any charge in case of damage.
