Villa Saint Claire is located in Valescure, Saint-Raphaël, halfway between Nice and Saint-Tropez.

A 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa, it can easily accommodate 6 to 8 people. The Villa is located in a residential area, known for its peaceful atmosphere. The villa is not neglected and has a large outdoor seating area. Ideal for couples, young families and small groups.

Activities :

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover and enjoy the different activities that Saint Raphael has to offer: hiking or mountain biking to discover the surroundings of the city and finish in beauty on the Mount Vinaigre with an incredible view of the Esterel massif, but also horseback riding, quad biking, tennis and a multitude of water sports in the Bay of Saint Raphael such as jet-skiing, kayaking, diving, kitesurfing as well as cruises in a semi-rigid or sailboat to the Provencal Venice of Port Grimaud, or the small Caribbean, the Cap Taillat. Whether you choose to spend a relaxing moment at the Thalasso Center or to go in search of thrills at Luna Park and Aqualand, you will be sure to find a trip to your liking!
You can also take advantage of the location of the house to go to the Villepey pond in Fréjus which is a nature reserve about 8 minutes away by car as well as the Aréca park and its botanical garden...



Other remarks :

* Villa dedicated to family stays. We will not welcome groups of young friends to organize parties or festive events out of respect for the neighborhood and the property.
* Included in the rental: towels, sheets and pillowcases with disposable undersheets, 2 dish towels, 2 bath mats, 1 welcome kit.
* The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
* Free Wifi available.
* Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
* Villa with neighbors. For the well-being of all, please respect this place and the neighborhood. No noise pollution between 22:00 and 7:00.
