House located just 13 minutes walk from the beach of Riells in L'Escala.
This beach has very fine sand, with crystal clear waters and very shallow, a wonderful place for the whole family! The seaside promenade of Riells beach offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with access to the garden and the terrace, an open kitchen (kitchenware, pots, and pans), and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The house also has a private pool and garden, where children can play while you prepare barbecue or enjoy lunch with friends and family.
In total 7 people can sleep in two double beds and three single beds.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
