Physis Villas are approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
**Starting 01/01/2024, a new tax "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge" was introduced, requiring a fee of EUR1,50/night from March to October and EUR0,50/night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival.
