Résidence Le Birdie is quietly located in the midst of nature, near the village of Giez and the golf course of the same name (27 holes). There is a reception, a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-June, weather permitting) with a sun terrace with sunbeds and an indoor pool. The property also offers a sauna (for a fee), tennis and jeu de boules court, billiards, ping-pong, pinball machine, playground and central parking spaces.
Giez is a medieval village in the beautiful department of Haute-Savoie. Résidence Le Birdie is situated in a rural area which means it's peaceful, it's also about 5 minutes by car from the beautiful Lake Annecy; there is also a beach there. The picturesque town of Annecy is approximately 25km away, and a visit is an absolute must. Active families particularly are at the right address in this beautiful mountainous area. Among other activities, you can go mountain hiking, mountain biking and take part in a variety of water sports.
The winding Col d'Aravis and the villages of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand also make an adventurous day trip by car. In the winter months, you can, of course, enjoy excellent winter sports.
Résidence Le Birdie consists of several small three-storey pavilions built in local Savoyard style with practical apartments. The résidence is located in a quiet and rural area near the old hamlet of Giez and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The apartments are for 2 to 12 people and always have a kitchenette and balcony or terrace with seating.
