The garden features an elevated terrace equipped with outdoor lounge furniture, a dining area, and a ping-pong table. Downstairs, the pool with its sun loungers is perfect for relaxation.
Inside, the spacious living area is divided into several spaces:
- High-end fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
- Living room with a dining table for 8.
- Lounge area with a large sofa and SMART TV.
- Separate and quiet office space with a printer available.
- Large French windows provide direct access to the terrace and offer views of the garden.
Upstairs, you will find:
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm), private shower room, large dressing room, vanity area, and a balcony overlooking the garden and pool.
- Two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm), closets/dressers, workspaces, and access to the terrace.
- Common bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink, heated towel rack, and WC adjacent to these two bedrooms.
- Final bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), private shower room with WC, and closet/dressing.
- A "cinema" room equipped with a sofa and projector completes the upstairs.

A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.
Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm in winter, and 11 pm in summer.
After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock boxes.
All the key lock boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
