The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, boasts a living/dining room with a panoramic window, a kitchen corner, and a satellite TV (flat screen), all air-conditioned. This level also offers a room with a panoramic window, a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning.
