Overview: Beautiful and spacious villa, adapted for disabled persons, offering a nice private pool, elevator, and air conditioning. Lilliput is located next to a quiet street with local traffic. Your car can park safely on the private property. Lilliput is in a quiet neighborhood. The distance to the beach is 2000 meters. Lilliput is at street level. The entrance is on the first floor. Lilliput is a detached chalet with a private pool. Entrance: Upon entering through the main door of the house, you will find a living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Ground floor: Here you will find a living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. From here you have access to the balcony from the living room. There are 2 completely separate homes. The house has air conditioning in the living rooms and 4 bedrooms. The decoration of Lilliput is modern and functional. The interior is light and has a cozy atmosphere. Lilliput offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Lilliput has a built-up area of 220 square meters. A constructed garden is at your disposal. You will find the pool at the back of the chalet. You will reach the pool via a small staircase downwards. Here you can enjoy the sun and the Spanish life. This holiday home is very suitable for families due to its privacy. The Costa Brava, with a total length of almost 100 kilometers, stretches from Blanes to Port Bou on the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a popular region for holidaymakers traveling by car. In the south of the Costa Brava is the district of La Selva, between the towns of Blanes and Palamos. All the chalets of Club Villamar are located in this district. The Romans also realized how enjoyable it is in the Costa Brava. In several fishing villages, there are remnants of this time, with the jewel being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The mild climate (in winter, the temperature rarely drops below 0 degrees and in summer it rarely rises above 30 degrees) allows you to enjoy the beautiful rocky coast and many fine sandy beaches all year round. Along with the friendly nature of the local population, the generous historical culture, the beautiful vegetation, and the varied cuisine, the Costa Brava is a holiday region with much to offer. Over the years, attracted by these riches, many famous artists and writers have found tranquility and peace here in various places. Unfortunately, groups of young people (average age, less than or equal to 27 years) are not allowed in this holiday home. Pets are not allowed in this villa. Bed linen and towels are not included in this villa, but can be rented. Bed linen costs 15 euros per person, towels 7. 50 euros per person. They can be booked separately.
