This property is furnished to the vacation standard and is wonderfully equipped to sleep 6 people. The pool and deck area faces south over a small pond and the White Marsh golf course in the Rotonda West community.
The open plan living space has cathedral ceilings and fully integrated living, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom has a king bed and two sets of slider doors to the pool. The accompanying master bathroom has a separate Roman shower and marble tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and its own en-suite shower room that also has access to the pool area. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The family bathroom has a tub with shower. All bathrooms have hair dryers. A fully stocked kitchen also includes a dishwasher and microwave. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels, and pool towels are provided.
The huge pool enclosure has a covered lanai area with patio table and 4 chairs. The free-form pool is solar plus electric heated, and around it is plenty of deck space for the 4 chaises. There is also a gas barbecue.
This home is ideally situated just 10 minutes from the local beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande Island. There are 7 public beaches within 7 miles with first class salt water fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach. In addition, there are 8 public golf courses within 5 miles.
