The house is air conditioned throughout and sleeps up to 8 guests in very spacious and tastefully furnished interiors. Distributed over 2 floors, the upper floor comprises 3 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and doors out to the terrace with far-reaching views. There is also as a private gym area on this floor. A further large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and French doors to the terrace is situated on the ground floor along with a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a big lounge with comfortable sofas, 49” flat screen TV (with Sky Sport package), Play Station, Wi-Fi internet connection, dining area and big patio doors leading to the terrace/pool. The house is accessed via a gated entrance and driveway to a parking area (6 spaces) and extensive, well-cared for gardens with trees and shrubs providing complete privacy for its' guests. The inviting salt-water pool measures a good size of 7.9 x 4.5 meters and there are plenty of comfortable sun loungers for lazy days spent enjoying the sunshine. A brick-built barbecue and table tennis are also provided whilst the various furnished terraces provide plenty of choice for outdoor dining, enjoying the local breeze and the beautiful atmosphere. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
