This serene villa in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is ideal for a family vacation. Every week you have many activities, there will be a welcome drink, various food trucks will pass by and you can go to a wine tasting or take walks and bike rides. It has a shared swimming pool, central heating, terrace, and a garden. Walk down to the scenic village of Vallon Pont d'Arc. At 5 minutes walk, there is a canoe rental to have fun. Enjoy sightseeing flights from the ULM base at 2 km. You can find facilities like cafes, an ice cream parlour, and a bakery, 5 minutes walk. The supermarket and restaurants are at 300 m; the town centre lies 1 km away. You can spend time indoors with TV(can be watched via the decoders), computer games, and tennis. Kids have play equipment to have fun or run around in the furnished garden and enjoy a sound sleep in the cot. The terrace is relaxing with fresh air and beautiful nature. You can park your car in the carport or there is ample parking space near the house.
