Description

Located in a family-friendly, residential community, this modern chalet features a large front and back deck plus a circular driveway for parking up to 7 cars. The inside of the home wows with its cathedral ceiling, 3 finished levels and a large game room. All 3 levels have a flat screen TV with internet connectivity. Feel free to cook meals in the fully- stocked kitchen and eat at the large dining room table that seats 11 (bar stools will seat an additional 3 at the peninsula) or dine outside while enjoying the sounds of nature.

Lower Level: Gas fireplace, seating area with flat screen TV and Blu Ray DVD player, slate pool table, card-playing table, shuffleboard table, basketball game, laundry room/half bath with newer washer and dryer.

Middle Level: Gas fireplace, seating area with flat-screen TV and Blu Ray player, DVDs, bookcase with various books, magazines, word searches, dining area, fully-stocked kitchen with Keurig and starter coffee/tea, blender, pots and pans, etc, bedroom with queen bed and door to access the back deck, full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Upper Level: Open loft area with Smart TV, board games, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, hand towels, washclothes, dishtowels) for up to 13 people are included for no additional fee!

If you plan on swimming in the community pool or in the lake, you should bring your own beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.

We cannot guarantee that amenities will be open during your stay. In rare situations, the pool or swimming section of the lake for example, may be closed due to staffing or other issues.

Sleeping Arrangements:
There are 3 bedrooms. Two with a queen bed, and one with a bunk bed (double mattress over double mattress). The loft has a pull-out sofa with gel mattress that sleeps 2 and a pull-out oversized chair that sleeps 1. The basement has a roll-out bed that sleeps 1 and a "pull-up" sofa that sleeps 2 children or 1 adult.

Reservations for dates after Oct 1, 2021 will be limited to 10 adults max. You can still have 13 guests but no more than 10 can be adults.

Must be 23 or older to rent.

We utilize a Ring video doorbell and a Nest keypad.

The chalet does not have central air but each of the 3 bedrooms has a window unit that sufficiently cools off the bedrooms. There is also a larger stand-up unit on the main floor. Window/floor units are seasonal will be put in and taken out at owners' discretion. Every room has a fan.

Bring your Netflix account info to watch your favorite shows!

While children are welcome, the chalet is not specifically "child-proofed". Some board games have small pieces, there are plastic garbage bags floor level and several flights of stairs. Young children should be supervised at all times and you will need to child-proof the home to your comfort level.

The backyard is mostly comprised of a septic sand mount and is not conducive to outdoor play. Sorry!

House Rules:
No smoking inside
No pets
No outdoor wood fires without an owner present. Propane fire can not be on past midnight.
No fireworks
**No excessive or disruptive noise, disorderly conduct, or anything that disturbs the peace of the neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am on Sun-Thurs. nights and from 11pm to 8am on Friday and Saturday.**
No illegal activity.
Guests must follow all Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct
NOT FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES MAY LEAD TO TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY

As per the community rules (that are enforced) :

All vehicles must be registered with Towamensing Trails at least 3 days prior to check-in. We will send you a form via email after your reservation is confirmed that will help you register. (This email will also contain the TT Rules of Conduct that you will need to review. They can be found under "Rental Agreement" if you want to see them before you book) You will need to fill in your contact info/address and the state/plate number of all vehicles in the rental party and then send the form back to host. ACCESS TO THE HOME MAY BE DENIED IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YOUR VEHICLES.
The community only allows for 8 amenity wristbands per rental. Children 5 and under do not need a wristband. As per the HOA rules, you can not buy additional wristbands.

Please be aware of any travel restrictions to PA that could pertain to you.
