First and foremost, cleanliness is our main objective. The Villa Style Studio Apartments were designed with cleanliness in mind. All floors are tile, all countertops are granite, and all linens are white and removable. Our cleaning service thoroughly cleans all surfaces and linens after each occupancy. We have Miele vacuums to ensure all surfaces are free of dust and dirt! As you can tell, we are clean fanatics.
Relax in peace in this Beautiful Downtown Delray Beach studio apartment with private yard. Would you like to have your own privacy on your next vacation? Why share your space when you can have a completely private yard! Perfect location which is 1 block from intracoastal, 3 blocks to Atlantic Ave, and 6 blocks to the beach! Most desirable street in Delray, you can literally walk anywhere, it's all so close. You also have access to free taxi service from 11:00 am-11:00 pm 7 days a week.
The studio apartment is completely remodeled and has a brand new high end comforpedic memory foam queen bed. There is a 42' LCD TV with high speed cable WIFI network in the villa as well. The villa was completely remodeled less than one year ago, so everything is brand new. Delray Beach was rated most fun small city in America, come enjoy it! This apartment is going to be the cleanest you will find! All linens are white so we can bleach everything. The comforter has a duvet which is washed every time by the cleaners. For myself, that is the most important thing about staying somewhere away from home, a CLEAN place! December 18th-December 31st 7 night minimum.
January 1st-March 31st One month minimum stay. We only rent February in combination with January or March for a two month stay, as this is the most desired month. We prefer a 3 month stay if possible.
April 7 night minimum stay.
May-December 16th we rent off season 6 month and 1 day minimum stay. Sometimes we have filler dates available, inquire within :)
