Natural beaches and nature trails right out the front door await you, as more than half of this coastal community has been set aside for conservation, featuring open space and conservation land, naturally preserved beaches, wildlife habitats and undisturbed marshlands, wetlands and woods. Fish, canoe, or kayak in the Gulf of Mexico and then stroll or bike along boardwalks winding through the woods in awe of your natural surroundings. In the evening, witness amazing sunsets, and then enjoy an array of stunning starry nights from the comfort of your own private front porch. This unspoiled area of the Gulf coast is the perfect place to hide away for a few days.

This exceptionally clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach-view home welcomes you to a relaxing stay like no other, featuring a queen-size bed in the master suite and in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third bedroom, providing comfortable sleeping for up to 6 family or friends. The amenities included in your private ocean view home are more than you would expect by the coast, including granite countertops, gas stove, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, outdoor gas grill, and coastal decor, all to make you feel relaxed and right at home.

Our community's environmentally friendly design integrates its homes and amenities with the natural surroundings. Vacationing at Summer Camp Beach allows you abundant time to create wonderful family memories without sacrificing comfort. Take a dip in the refreshing community resort-style pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy an afternoon cookout by taking advantage of the on-site grill. There are men's and women's changing rooms with showers and lockers on-site. Cast a line with one of our fishing poles to catch some grouper or tarpon to make your own fresh seafood dinner. Take a ride on the provided bikes (two adult size and one child size) through the property and enjoy the breeze as you pedal along.

The St. James Bay golf course is a short 5 minute drive, where you can enjoy championship conditions and a nice restaurant that serves every meal. They also offer well-maintained tennis courts that can be used for a nominal fee. St. George Island, with beaches ranked among the Top 10 Beaches of America for several years, is a mere 35 miles away. Apalachicola is only 45 minutes away, and is famous for some of the best oysters in the country, and provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy old Florida with several antique shops to leisurely stroll through.
