Luxurious and elegant, this is a 4-bedroom villa in Nimes, perfect for a French holiday. Spend all day in the private swimming pool if you like, or make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers. The holiday home is perfect for a family of 8 members or 2 smaller families. Nîmes has monuments dating back to Roman times to discover history. You can visit squares with cafés, restaurants, and local markets to witness its charm. The nearest supermarkets are 3 km. The full-length windows bathe the indoor spaces in sunlight and provide a view of the pool from everywhere. On the lovely terraces, you can start your mornings with healthy breakfasts. In the activity room, you can play a game of darts or table football, besides following your fitness routine. Outdoors, there is also a lounge set and a dining set for the finest moments 'al fresco'. The private garden invites you for lazy walks at night. A cozy heating is provided. Nîmes Airport is 18 km. The heating costs of the pool are included from July to mid-September. If pool heating is desired outside these periods, we ask for a contribution of 150 Euro per rental period to the heating costs. Please let the gerant know at least 1 week in advance
