Description
Imagine waking up each morning of your vacation to an amazing water view like this. This 4/3 villa in Marathon, FL. It is a Newer unit that has been professionally decorated. The unit boasts a family size spacious layout 1800 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with dual sinks. This home has 1 king and 3 queen beds. We also have a queen memory foam pullout couch for your use. All the beds are memory foam beds.
Outside you will find your own private pool as well as a tiki shaded sitting area for the family to relax while watching them fish for your dinner from the 32' dock or swim in the private pool. Bring your catch of the day back to the home and cook it on the included BBQ gas grill or take it to one of the nearby restaurants.
Included in the rental are two tandem kayaks, two paddle boards along with 4 adult size bicycles that can be taken down to Sombrero Beach where you can enjoy the sand and sun without even getting into your car on the bike path. The ride will take you approximately 5 minutes. We have some beach chairs and beach umbrellas for you to take down to the beach. We also have a cooler for your use and fishing poles at the house to sit there and fish on the dock with the sunset. We have caught Tarpon, Mangrove Snappers, Yellowtail, nurse sharks, catfish, etc... have been caught off of the dock.
