You will find yourself nestled in the valley between three major ski regions to include Telluride, Powderhorn and Crested Butte which are within an hour drive. I love that there is a bike path on the same block. If you take it to the South, it will take you to the pavilion and the botanical garden. If you take it to the North it will take you to Main Street and a little further to one of the best family parks in Montrose.
There is a local transit (all points transit). Makes getting around very easy!
