Villa Linda is a charming detached villa set in a quiet residential area close to Peyia, a typical Cypriot village, with good local shops and amenities.
This delightful villa is extremely private and has the benefit of its own heated pool (heating optional extra) and hot tub (optional extra). There is a large sun terrace with sunbeds and a covered pergola where you can dine in comfort. It really is your own private oasis.
Stylishly furnished in our signature boutique style, the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The villa is entered via a large, bright and airy open plan hall with marble floors. The living area has two large leather settees, satellite TV and Playstation 4. This leads through to the dining area which has double doors opening onto the sun terrace and pool area. The dining area is open plan to the kitchen which is well equipped with granite worktops, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a spacious double with 5' bed and patio doors leading onto the pool area and a large twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is a bathroom on the ground floor.
The marble stairway leads to the delightful first floor living area with leather double sofa bed opening onto a private first floor sun terrace which has stunning sea views and a comfortable seating area. This is the perfect place to relax in privacy and to enjoy the spectacular sunsets at the end of the day.
The twin aspect master bedroom is on the first floor and has a 5' bed and fitted wardrobes. There is a further bathroom on the first floor.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. Children of all ages are welcome and the property is available for long winter lets. Please contact us for further details.
