VILLA CA'N TORRENS is located in the MOST exclusive residential area in the north of Mallorca. On the first floor We have a double bedroom (one bed for two people) with bath en suite, living room with fireplace, satellite TV and large windows to enjoy the spectacular views of the Bay of Alcudia just 10 meters from the sea. A large well equipped kitchen and pantry. All the rooms have access to the terrace (ideal for relaxing with family or friends meals), laundry room and a guest toilet.
On the ground floor there is a large BBQ grill and Majorcan oven, a double bedroom (one bed for two persons) with a bath en suite overlooking the sea. Three double bedrooms (with two single beds) and a fully equipped bathroom next to the bedrooms. One big terrace perfect for sunbathing or reading a good book, with direct access to the sea.
All rooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning.
The power consumption (kWh 0.31 euros) and Ecotax are not included in the price and will be deducted from the deposit of € 300 on the day of departure. In case of breakage or damage it will be deducted from the remaining deposit.
