Purposefully designed for short-stay travellers, we have personally selected only the best locally-sourced products to ensure your stay is unforgettable.
Our studio has two bedrooms, each with king size beds and MicroCloud bedding, for the perfect night’s rest.
There are also two bathrooms, with a luxurious bath in the master ensuites, complete with bubble bath, locally-made lush truffle bath bombs and oil-infused body care products by Leif for the ultimate in relaxation and self-care.
Each studio has been designed to accommodate two couples or a family, or for a memorable group holiday, secure both studios as a base to explore this world-class region.
We have two studios on the property each with its own private entry and courtyard. Guests have exclusive access to their studio.
Renowned for its award-winning wineries, boutique breweries and thriving art scene, there are no shortage of places to enjoy and explore within the Margaret River Region.
The area also boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, along with internationally famous surf breaks and hiking trails through pristine forest and rugged coastlines.

If you are not traveling in your own vehicle we recommend hiring a car, however you can easily stroll into town. Local Wine Tour operators will pick up guests from your accommodation.

COVID Policy:
1. Our Standard Cancellation Policy Applies.
2. Western Australian Lockdown occurs for dates booked: A Full Refund is given or if appropriate future dates can be found the booking will be moved.
3. International and Interstate lockdowns: unfortunately no refunds can be issued and the standard cancellation policy applies.
4. Guest is required to comply with all Government vaccination or testing requirements.
NOTICE OF WORK:
The City of Busselton will shortly be undertaking some infrastructure upgrades on Prowse Way to improve the existing storm water drainage and resurface the existing road. They will also be replacing the kerb at the same time. These works are necessary due to the age and condition of the current road surface, and the improvements they are making will ensure the road and drainage will better serve the community.
These works are scheduled to commence in late March with completion planned in May.
Works will be conducted between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Road closures will be in place during working hours with temporary traffic management measures during evenings and weekends. Local access will be maintained at all times with potential for minor delays.
