Villa S’Oliveira in Sao Rafael is a beautiful and very spacious villa. Located in a residential area of Sao Rafael, only a ten minutes walk from the beach. This villa also provides four spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen and an open space living room, which makes it ideal for a family holiday, with the capacity for 8/10 people. At the basement there is a fantastic games room, with ping-pong table, snooker and football table.

Outside, a large terrace provides a BBQ great to dine alfresco surrounded by pretty gardens.
Within just a few minutes walk are: a supermarket, restaurants and several beaches. Albufeira’s marina and the bustling old town can also be reached within a short drive where a vast selection of restaurants and bars can be found. If you are a sea lover, try one of the beach restaurants that can be found in the various beaches close by.
Villa S’Oliveira is ideal for those who want to park the car and enjoy a relaxing holiday, or take our suggestion and walk through the Salgados Lagoon, or just play golf in the Salgados Golf Course just a few minutes away.
There is a variety of, water-parks and Marinas/zoos for the children. Water sports on the beaches, horse-riding and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach.
The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri are only a short drive away, as well as Albufeiras Old Town, Marina and the famous Oura Strip.
