Casa Joja is a pretty end of terrace Luz bay home and is ideal for a party of 4 adults and 2 children. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Luz Village and is only a few minutes walk form the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The swimming pool can be heated if required (additional cost to be agreed). It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and large bathroom, while the middle blue room has twin beds. The third bedroom also has twin beds . All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes . A safe with code can also be utilised. .The stairs leading up to the large sitting area has a stair gate in situ, the dining area can seat up to 10 people (extendable table) . The house benefits from a large modern well equipped kitchen and open living area leading on to outside terrace with large table and seating and beautiful views over Luz beach.
