The Waves Cottage is the lower level of our "duplex" beach cottage with 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full & 1 twin with trundle) 1 full bath, modern kitchen, washer/dryer and living room with dining area, TV, WIFI and modern amenities. Step out back & enjoy your private patio area with BBQ & dining set, lounge chairs and outside shower. The front porch is screened in, and our favorite spot to catch the gorgeous sunsets. Beach access to our private beach (yep! no beach tags required!) is just steps away, making this vacation home truly one of a kind! Parking for 2+ cars, and walking distance (<1 mile) to Jenkinson's Boardwalk for family fun & nightlife to the north, or head south into the quaint village of Bayhead - and famed bakery "Muellers". This fantastic, clean, quaint vacation rental is waiting for your visit!
The duplex includes a separate, privately rented loft apartment on the 2nd level of the building. (NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL) Nothing is shared except driveway and private beach... Your cottage rental includes your own private front & rear entrances, reserved parking and a private back patio area with grill & outdoor shower. Your walkway to the beach is located next to our main home's detached garage. Our beach is private; shared only with our main home & guests of the cottage's upstairs private loft apartment. Dogs, water sports, surfing & fishing right off the shore!
PLEASE NOTE:
7 night minimum is required! Checkin Saturday to Saturday only!
Need more space? Ask us about including the separate loft style apartment located on the 2nd floor of the cottage (sleeps 4/5 people!)
For added protection Bed linens & Towels are NOT provided - please bring your own, or call Coastal Linen for affordable drop off/pickup services.
Well-trained Dog May be permitted with an additional $200 fee & clear request.
