In our villa, you will find everything for your comfort and an unforgettable holiday.

Accommodation:
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with access to a private pool and a relaxation area ,where you can enjoy private relaxation.

The villa has 3 bedrooms. The double bedroom provides access to a private balcony, while the other double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a balcony. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

From the rooftop, you can see the sea, and it's a perfect spot to catch sunrises and sunsets.

Guest Access:
Free private parking is available for guests' convenience. Baby cots are available upon request.

Ideally positioned in the center of Ayia Napa, it offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and cafeterias for you to explore and enjoy.

Only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach and a 10-minute walk to the famous bar's street.

The famous Nissi Beach is approximately a 15-minute walk from the villa.
