Villa Tina is located within walking distance of one of the most beautiful seaside villages on the Sicilian island. The Villa offers all kinds of comforts, a modern swimming pool surrounded by a green lawn, relaxation areas with table and chairs. Inside we have a comfortable living area with TV, a bathroom with bath/shower, a kitchen with island equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, breakfast area and TV. Upstairs we find the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All the rooms have air conditioning. The villa is 5 minutes from the renowned Mondello beach and 10 km from the historical centre of Palermo.
