The house has two bathrooms, a full bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with toilet and without shower, kitchen, large living room with dining room and fireplace. The 600 square meter garden overlooked by the villa is a sharing space for outdoor lunches and dinners, suitable for moments of relaxation and rest.
