This friendly Andalusian villa with private heated pool is built on different terraces, giving the villa a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains of the Sierra Nevada with in winter the snowy mountain tops and the picturesque town of Salobreña with the rock-built town 13th century Moorish castle, illuminated at night. Villa Vista has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is quietly situated at the end of a dead end street. The "comunidad" with tennis court, swimming pool, paddling pool, staircase and petit restaurant are within walking distance. Villa Vista is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
As soon as you climb the stairs to this beautiful authentic Andalusian villa you will be impressed by the breathtaking views and the vastness of the area. On the lower terrace you will find the heated private swimming pool with comfortable sun beds, so you can relax and enjoy the sun for hours, never having to look out at the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive landscape around you. The pool has a deck with solar cells, so that maximum use is made of the Spanish sun for heating.
On the upper terrace is the beautiful villa with a terrace with a dining table at the front and a garden with a dining table at the rear, so you can choose to eat in the sun or in the shade. The round windows of the bright living room offer a magnificent view of the mountain peaks of the Sierra Nevada. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and has doors opening onto the terrace where there is a gas BBQ, on which you can prepare the daily fresh fish. In the evening you can linger for hours, enjoying the beautiful Spanish wines and the fantastic views. The villa has 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and an en suite bathroom with a double sink and a relaxing rain shower. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds and a shared bathroom with 2 sinks and rain shower. Both bathrooms were renewed in the spring of 2017. 2 bedrooms have doors to the terrace, so you can admire the beautiful sunrise. The villa is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) and in the living room you will find a cozy fireplace for those winter months that the sun sets earlier. The villa has WIFI and satellite TV with a large number of European and international channels.
In total villa Vista offers accommodation for 6 people (excluding small children in camp beds.)
In the villa there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Villa Vista has a garage where you can park your car.
The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are easily accessible. If you can get away from this beautiful villa, there are many things to see and do in the area: the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where you can also take wonderful walks, is less than a 75-minute drive away, so can ski in the morning (from December to April) and enjoy the beach or your swimming pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole golf course, which lies on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages in the Alpujarras are in the vicinity of the villa as well as the beautiful historic cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palace and Malaga with its historic downtown, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.
Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of more than 20˚C. For those interested in art, architecture and history, this region offers the best that Andalusia has to offer. You will be impressed by the charm and beauty of this area. Small white mountain villages hidden in the mountain landscape, tropical plants, Flamenco music and not to mention the richness and variety of Spanish food.

May 1 to September 30: 125 euros per week
