This villa embodies the rich history, mesmerizing beauty and cultural heritage of Tuscany. A newly built house with large windows to take it the blues and the greens not to mention the nature sparkly colors of the Tuscan nature. All 7 rooms and suites are a celebration of original art commissioned by Gil Goren, who has taken the Tuscan living and the colors of holiday life in light of the use in the various spaces of the villa. The interior design was purposely built to keep in mind the bright light and stunning views of the scenery in this beautiful land.
The Space:
This secluded estate boasts an infinity swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip with a view. Poolside sun loungers offer guests the space to soak up the sun or relax under the shade of a beach umbrella. The pool terrace also features plenty of outdoor seating for simply enjoying the sunshine with loved ones.
Above the pool area is a spacious dining terrace where guests can enjoy relaxed barbecue meals at lunchtime or aperitifs and appetisers at sunset. For quieter moments of solitude, there is a sun-drenched courtyard and several balconies dotted throughout the property.
As it was designed in collaboration with a hotelier, an architect, and a property developer, the villa exudes Tuscan character and charm with a modern twist. Limited-edition artworks by Gil Goren can be found throughout the interiors – including a huge 2 x 4-metre mural in the entranceway – adding pops of colour to the otherwise tastefully muted interiors. The hub of the home is the open-plan living room with sloped, double-height ceilings, plush designer seating, and a crackling fireplace set against a brick backsplash. There is a dining area with a long, elegant table, large doors opening onto the sunny terrace, and an adjoining, fully-equipped kitchen. The villa also features a well-equipped gym for guests looking to keep up their workout routine during their stay.
All seven bedrooms and suites feature the perfect blend of design and comfort, offering a relaxing haven to retreat to at the end of the day. The master bedroom boasts a private lounge and office on a mezzanine, with two balconies overlooking the surroundings. Two further suites also have their own lounge areas, while the rest are all spacious double rooms.
