Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room villa that spans across two levels, with a total area of 100 square meters. The villa features a bright and comfortable interior with beautiful furnishings. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. This area leads out to the garden and terrace. There is one bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) on this level. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, features a large room with a panoramic window and a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), as well as access to a terrace. There is an interconnecting open room with sloping ceilings, a rooflight, and another French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). The children's room on this level has a bunk bed (80 cm, length 190 cm) with two single beds. This room also has access to a terrace. A separate shower and toilet are provided on the upper floor.
