A panoramic view from the screened porch includes our fishing/crabbing dock and sweeps across the Bohicket River to the shrimp boat fleet and sailboats at historic Rockville. It is a great spot for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while you watch the unparalleled sunset.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare full meals with high-end, stainless-steel appliances, granite topped island and a large eat-in kitchen table that includes unique built in bench seating and chairs to seat up to 10 guests comfortably.
The living area is roomy and comfortable, offering one huge wall with a view of the tidal marsh. It is impeccably decorated with two couches and a club chair which swivels to accommodate conversations, reading, watching the LCD Flat screen Smart TV, or listening to your favorite tunes on the Sonos sound system. Xfinity cable is included as well as capability to stream movies through your favorite providers.
Each of the three bedrooms connects to bathrooms with beautiful, glassed-in showers and modern fixtures. The Master with King bed offers a bath which includes a soaking tub with a uniquely designed set of imported louvered shutters which open to view the flat screen TV while luxuriating in the bath. A stairway in the Master leads to a loft which has been furnished as a home office, with desk, office chair, high speed internet access, and a view to the marsh, all especially useful in times of remote work arrangements. Master also includes a private balcony with lounge chairs which overlook the tidal dock and marsh and is another great place to view the sunset. Both the first and second floor guest rooms have queen beds, and large closets.
The Villas at Fiddlers Cove have access to their own beautiful private neighborhood community pool as well as a private pier for use by their residents. Renters may enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing, or crabbing. A tandem kayak with various life jackets, as well as bicycles are included with this rental. Char Broil Gas grill is available for your outdoor cooking pleasure. If you need other vehicles like Low-Speed electric carts or watercraft, they are all available from various island rental companies which offer door-to-door delivery.
The property includes bed linens, bath towels, washer/dryer, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and free covered parking. Starter supply kit of necessities (ex. Paper towel roll, toilet paper, trash bags, detergents, and single-use soaps) are also provided. Fiddlers Cove Villas are close to the gated entrance to the island, and since it is for the exclusive use of owners and guests, your safety and privacy are guaranteed. You will be close to the equestrian center, just one minute from the community pool and racquet complex and a few minutes’ walk to the Lake House. This beautiful complex includes a fully equipped fitness center, library, game room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, basketball court and playground. You can bike or drive to the Seabrook Island Club, Ocean Pool, and two Golf Courses, and don’t miss the many nature paths around the island near the villa for a solo run or group walk to take in the natural beauty of the island.
Seabrook Island beaches are private, family friendly, and uncrowded. There are multiple beach access points within 10 minutes of the villa.
Golf courses are located approximately 5 minutes from the entrance to Seabrook Island and on nearby Kiawah Island.
Bohicket Marina, a five-minute bike ride, offers fishing charters for inshore and offshore, motorboat rentals, shops, and restaurants. Charter a boat, paddle in a kayak, or explore the area on a stand-up paddle board.
Additional restaurants and shopping are located at Freshfields, a wonderful shopping area with great restaurants, hotel, and several events throughout the year. All are a short car ride or ten-minute bike along the trail.
Seabrook Island is a 30-minute drive from Charleston, voted the Most Desirable Place to Visit by Travel Magazine. Charleston boasts fabulous restaurants, shopping, art galleries, walking tours, and so much more in this amazing city.
The Seabrook Island Club Amenity Card allows guests to access two championship golf courses, the 16 court Seabrook Tennis Complex, the Equestrian Center, Oceanfront pool complex, superior casual, and upscale dining options all inside the gate. (There are additional guest charges for golf fees, tennis court usage, and fitness club.) The beach, Island House and Beach Club are an easy 8–10-minute bike ride or drive through the beautiful Seabrook community. The Lake House Recreation Center is a short walk across the street with its full exercise facility, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, playground, basketball court, lake and walking paths. To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all the Seabrook amenities.
This unit does not allow pets or smoking. Maximum occupancy is six. No parties or events permitted.
