Ricardo House is a restored traditional Madeiran house with private pool, garden and parking, ideal for families and groups of up to four people.
The house is located in a quiet rural area near the village of Calheta, with a wide view of the sea and the surrounding farmland.
The house is 106 m2 and consists of two floors.
Upstairs there is an open space area with a double bed (200x160) and a work desk, as well as a spacious bathroom and a balcony.
On the ground floor you have a bedroom with a double bed (200x160), a spacious bathroom, living room with sofa bed, dining area and kitchen.
Outside, there is a lush garden, a barbecue with an outdoor dining area and a pergola with a seating area next to the pool.
It is equipped with a small dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The property is located in a rural area 2.5 km from the village of Calheta, where there is a sandy beach and several restaurants and cafes.
Calheta is located in the southwest part of the island, which has the best climatic conditions in Madeira.
Just a few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other water sports.
There is a restaurant and a café within 750 metres. There is also a small supermarket 750 meters away.
REMARKS
A car is recommended for this location.
Free parking is available on the property or on the street.
As some roads in Madeira are steep and narrow, smaller vehicles with a powerful engine are recommended.
The pool is not heated, but it is open year-round and can be used whenever the weather conditions are favourable.
As this is a rural area, there is potential for noise from dogs and other domestic animals on neighbouring properties. There are also insects in the area that may be attracted to food scraps.
Cleaning is done before guests enter and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
To take care of the garden and maintain the pool, authorized workers may periodically access the property.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
