Outside this amazing property you will find a large shared chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 16m x 10m and a depth range from 1.15m to 2m, where you will be able to cool off on hot summer days. On the porch of the house, you will be able to gather all together, while the little ones play in the garden, thanks to the outdoor dining area. Please note that being in an urbanization there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.
The interior of this house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room equipped with AC and TV, where you can relax thanks to the comfortable sofas or enjoy an aperitif in the dining area. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, is independent and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where the three bedrooms of the property are located. All of them have AC. The first one has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. Another bathroom with bathtub completes this room. You will be able to use the radiator, washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
Sancti Petri is known for its long white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, ideal for enjoying the sun and sea with family and friends. The area has numerous leisure and entertainment options, such as bars, restaurants and shops. We recommend a visit to the Sancti Petri Castle, a fortress located on a small island at the mouth of the river San Fernando, or the marina, where you can take boat trips to discover the coast of Cádiz from the sea. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or golf, as the area has several high quality golf courses.
The swimming pool is open since 1st of juny until 15th september, to 10h until 22h, but you must respect the rest of the neighbours from 14:00 to 16:00 and during the night. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars.
