This is a second floor unit that overlooks the shared pool and canal. The unit has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, two burner stove top (no oven), and coffee maker along with silverware and dishes to accommodate two people. There is a small table for dining. A wall mounted flat screen tv with cable/wifi is in the bedroom along with a sofa/love seat. There is a private mirrored 3/4 bathroom with all tile shower.
On site washers and dryers are located by the entrance of the property available for use by all guests.
Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $75. Pets are not allowed in the pool, must be on leash, and well behaved - the guest is responsible for any damage done by their pets during their stay.
No Smoking in the Room is allowed and a $250 added cleaning refresh charge and damages applies if there is evidence that smoking inside has occurred.
Guests have shared access to the communal pool, the screened-in lanai for dinners, sunset-watching and relaxing, and access to the laundry room with two washers and dryers.
