Our villa is a quiet, peaceful compound which is not crowded. Our sea is a turquoise, pristine paradise in the Aegean. Our house consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, and a full bathroom. It has a green garden and two separate terraces, both with a sea view. The interior of the house is not visible from the outside, ensuring privacy.
One bedroom has a double bed and it looks into a terrace with sea-view. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have spacious closets. The living room and the first bedroom have air conditioning, and the second bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated, fully equipped and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary appliances, including a large refrigerator, dishwasher. Villa also offers washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.
On the sea viewing terrace, there is a large L-shaped sofa for your relaxation and a dining table with 6 chairs.
Our compound access is with a remote-controller and it is secured with cameras, and you can park your car in front of our house.
