Casa Catarina is a 4 bed Villa that comfortably sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
There is also a cot and high chair available on request via app messages.
The house is less than a 10minute walk to local beaches, bars and restaurants.
We have personally thought through all of the amenities required and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.
As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has an oven & hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave. The washing machine is located in the utility area.
The Villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and WiFi.
Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor, you will find a double bed & the bathroom with shower is next door.
Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor, there is two single beds. There is a balcony accessed from bedroom.
Bedroom 3 is located on the first floor and contains a double bed.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share Mountain View’s, a family bathroom with an overbath shower, sink, bidet & toilet.
The fourth bedroom contains a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
There is a sea view from the balcony.
All bedrooms have wardrobes & bedside draws.
On the third floor you will find a large terrace with superb views.
This is a relaxing area excellent for private sunbathing, late night cocktails & star gazing.
The ground floor terrace has a private pool, sunbeds, sofa's, tables & a shaded area.
There is a large outdoor dining table and chairs.
Linen and towels are provided.
There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer & toiletries available to make your stay more comfortable.
Check-in - 10.00.
Check-out - 16.00.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
No glasses allowed in the pool please.
There is roadside parking.
