Casolare degli Ulivi also features the fastest Wi-Fi available in the area (250MB/s, indoor - in every room - as well as outdoor), a smart TV with Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, a remote controlled entrance gate, a BOSE sound system, an outdoor video surveillance system (which can be easily turned on and off) and an alarm system connected to a security service.
The land surrounding the Casolare is spectacular and our guests can enjoy tranquility and quiet strolls in the shade of beautiful olive trees, while being only a short drive away from the lively Ostuni center and a variety of amazing beaches.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire property except for the pool pump room. The entire property is exclusively for personal use of the guests for complete privacy.
Other things to note
The gas pool heater can be turned on and off any time by the guests. The pool heater has a dedicated meter and the guest will be charged Euro 2/cubic meter at check out (pay per use). During the last 3 seasons the average daily cost to warm up the pool has been the following:
May & September: Euro 15-35
April & October: Euro 25-60
March & November: Euro 40-80
The outdoor video surveillance system can be turned on and off any time by the guest to guarantee total privacy.
