Built on 2 levels in a chic and modern style, this fully air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 7 adults and 1 child and has 4 bedrooms.

The entrance leads directly to a dining room open to a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster).
1 single room (an extra bed can be added) and 1 double room (with direct access to the pool) share a shower room to the Italian. Independent toilet.

Cleaning:
Sheets and towels are provided and changed once a week.
Rules of procedure:
- An additional 10% of the total amount is charged for arrivals Monday to Friday
- Cleaning fee 100 euros per week
- A deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival.
It is refundable after inventory and delivery of the keys
