THE VILLA: dating back to the 60's, it has been redecorated in the style Campagne, and can accommodate 4 to 5 people comfortably:
2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 bed 160, and a room with 2 beds 90 can get closer)
1 alcove (with a bed in 90) and its adjoining bathroom (WC + washbasin)
1 bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin
1 open kitchen overlooking the living room (with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ...)
1 large living room with TV
1 terrace in front of the kitchen, overlooking the garden

THE STUDIO: on the floor of the Villa, it has a separate entrance and can accommodate 2 to 3 people sleeping in the same room. He is equipped :
A kitchen (with plate, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ...),
Of a bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink),
A living room with a bed 160, a bed 90, a sofa, a table and chairs.
It also has a terrace with barbecue, to the east, on the ground floor. Free WIFI
Sheets are provided (except towels), and cleaning is provided except for promotional periods.
THE MAISONETTE: Further, in the garden, it is a small traditional Provencal shed, which has been enlarged over the years, and which includes:
A small kitchen-living room opening onto a terrace with barbecue,
A room in the DRC whose bay opens directly to the pool, with a bed 160 and 2 beds 90,
A bedroom with a 160 bed upstairs with a small private terrace overlooking the pool
In the garden you will find:
Pitches for shaded vehicles, a closed bike garage, sun loungers and parasols, garden furniture, a laundry room with washing machine, play areas for children, ...
A large swimming pool (13m x 7m), protected by alarm, with its pool-house and its outdoor kitchen equipped with a plancha, a fridge with freezer, a hob and a dishwasher 12 place settings , and all the necessary dishes.
We have created a charming country-style decoration, where every object has a story, and where you immediately feel "at home"
The strong point of LA VILLA CAMPAGNE is also its beautiful garden which invites you to relax, to play around the pool (petanque on its bowling alley, ping-pong, baby-foot ...), meals taken at the edge from the pool, in the pool house equipped to receive a large table of friends or family. Moreover, we are located in a completely unspoilt area, and from the house, you can directly from your bike ride or walk, via pretty little typical roads of Provence.
Carpentras is a beautiful Provençal town, very well served by transport (TGV to Avignon, then TER to Carpentras), close to all the attractions of the region (Festival d'Avignon, Vaison, Splash World Water Theme Park , piano festival in Cadenet, Chorégies of Orange, antiques Isle-sur-Sorgue, Mont Ventoux, Dentelles ...)
And if you come out of season, or even in winter, know that our region is one of the sunniest in France, and it is still good to live.
