Inside the villa is a comfortable lounge/dining area with 2 leather sofas, Smart TV which offers a great UK TV package with all the usual channels including sports and movies, also you can connect to your own Netflix account if you prefer.
The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you might need on a self-catering break including dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine and a small breakfast bar too. The washing machine is situated in the attached solana where a further small dining area is found.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, the master has a super king size bed and ensuite shower room, then there are two further twin rooms, all bedrooms have plenty of space in their fitted wardrobes and all have coin operated air conditioning units, the master bedroom also has the option of a ceiling fan. There is a further family bathroom also with walk-in shower.
Outside you will find a good size covered terrace area with a gated fence ideal for families with little ones wanting to separate the pool from the main house, on this raised upper terrace is a further dining area and a lovely Bali bed for you to unwind on.
Take a few steps to the lower patio and can enjoy the well maintained garden, and the gorgeous, natural effect pebble tech pool which complements the mature garden surroundings. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has roman steps entry, it comes with complementary solar heating and there is an option to pay extra to include the electric pool heating to your booking, please mention this when enquiring. 6 sunbeds are available for your use.
The garden is very private and is not overlooked by other villas also you have the use of the upper sun terrace, a great spot for sun worshippers and a fabulous point to look out over the ocean on towards Fuerteventura. Situated at the side of the villa is fantastic BBQ and outside Canarian dining area, a lovely spot to spend a relaxing evening after a hard day working on your tan.
