The property can accommodate up to 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms. There are two spacious master bedrooms, each with walk-in closets and king-size beds. One of the master bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The two master bedrooms have direct pool access. Additionally, there is a guest suite with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The property also offers two further bathrooms with a shower and toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with its own television. Integrated into the large living room is a modern kitchen with bar seating and a spacious dining area. First-class appliances and kitchen accessories invite you to spend an evening with friends and create convivial dinners. Coffee lovers will also find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen. The huge sliding doors of the modernly furnished living room can be opened completely and immediately create a huge space that combines indoor and outdoor areas. If you're up for a little tournament, you'll have a lot of fun at the pool table and the Netflix app on the TV will make your vacation an unforgettable experience.
The outdoor area is a real highlight. This is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and exotic plants. You have a wonderful view of the wide canal and Cape Coral's unique sunsets. A path takes you to your boat dock. As you sit outside with a cocktail of your choice, you might be lucky enough to be visited by manatees and dolphins enjoying the waters of the canal. The large, electrically heated salt water pool with spa (no smell of chlorine and particularly skin-friendly) faces south. The lanai and pool area is fenced with a pool screen. An outdoor shower is also available. The covered seating area with outdoor kitchen with bar and a gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings.
Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. You can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva in the fastest way. 3 kayaks are also at your disposal.
Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.
We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
