This beautiful family home is situated in a green haven planted with Mediterranean flora, pine trees, and olive trees. Depending on the season, you can savor the fruit from the trees on the property. You will certainly enjoy the numerous terraces surrounding the pool and the meticulously maintained garden, which bursts with colors on sunny days. Adjacent to the kitchen and the pool, there is a covered terrace/summer kitchen with a barbecue and fridge.
The pool, measuring 14m x 7m with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m, features a shallow area of 0.4m, perfect for the little ones, a counter-current system, is heated, and includes a pool house with a shower and toilet. From the terrace, you have a magnificent view of the olive grove and the pine-covered hill.
The property also boasts a covered private parking area. A petanque court, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table are available for your entertainment.
Baby equipment includes 3 baby cots, 2 high chairs, a playpen, a stroller, and a bottle warmer for your convenience.
