Wonderful Villa located at the entrance of the path that leads to the fantastic cove called "calabianca". The structure consists of a large garden of palm trees and flowers and a large parking lot on the western side of the villa. On the east side of the villa you will find a large veranda adjacent to a spectacular secular tree with an area with a wood-burning oven, a very comfortable barbecue area and an outdoor shower. Inside there are two floors. The ground floor consists of a living room kitchen with a gas hob, a large living room with a large table and chairs, Tv, fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a small veranda with a spectacular view over the bay of "calabianca". The Villa is air conditioned and has wi-fi.
