The kitchen is on the main level and is quite large and stocked with everything you need. The main level also provides a comfortable family room with a queen sized sofa sleeper and dining area which walks out to a large deck equipped with a BBQ grill and a covered outdoor dining area. The lower level also offers a very large family room, wet bar and gaming area. The lower level also walks out to a very large covered patio. Both the deck and patio overlook and provide an amazing view of the 12th green and also the Marina/Cove area.
