Welcome to Villacolores! This lovely property offers a historical perspective of the Cloudcroft area, as the home's kitchen was once the main cottage, constructed around the turn of the twentieth century, where travelers on the railroad would stop while vacationing in the early 1900s. The original window openings are still highlighted in the kitchen, now repurposed as a spice rack and a coffee nook with a pass-through opening to the living room.

Inside, the wood-burning stove serves as the focal point in the living room and provides the ideal warmth and comfort after a long day of skiing in Cloudcroft. Unwind on the large sectional and stream your favorite movies before retreating to the comfort of the queen-sized bed in the master bedroom. The sofa also pulls out into a full bed to comfortably accommodate 2 additional guests.

Utilize the en-suite bathroom's walk-in shower, then head into the fully equipped kitchen and prepare a hearty breakfast for everyone. A spacious floor plan, high-top table for 4, and all the essential appliances and utensils make it easy to prepare home-cooked recipes for any meal of the day.

You'll love spending most of your time outside at this private cottage retreat, with a covered patio space, a picnic table, and fire pit area. A new 3-burner propane gas grill allows you to grill up your favorite meats and veggies when you don't feel like cooking inside!
