Description
Modern, clean and private 3 bed/3 bath villa with a south facing private plunge pool, covered lanai, flat screen TV's in every room, close to Disney and Universal. Community Clubhouse with a pool, hot tub, playground, fully equipped gym and game room. The Clubhouse is a 3 minute walk from the villa. The unit is completely refurnished by a professional decorator. Numerous restaurants, stores (including Walmart) and grocery stores within minutes of the villa on Route 27. Private with no rear neighbors.
$35 fee per night for heat in the pool. Renter must order and pay for heat prior to Check-in. We recommend you let us know 24 hours ahead of when you want to use a heated pool so we can start the heat started and the temperature is where you want it when you arrive. Most guests find the pool heat unnecessary. There is also the community pool - usually very quiet - about a 1 minute walk from the villa. The community pool is always heated and has a hot tub.
VRBO will place a $350 temporary damage hold on your credit card at check out in the event of damage to the villa, but that hold will be released as soon as we clean the villa and find all in good order. :)

Serenity Resort- is a community located just 8 miles from Walt Disney World. This quiet family-oriented resort sits nestled just off US 27 in Clermont, Florida and is one of the most desired tourist areas in the Orlando area.
In addition to being minutes from Disney, the quaint town of Clermont offers wonderful opportunities for shopping, fishing, boating and swimming in/on gorgeous Lake Minneola. You can rent a fishing, pontoon or ski boat for the day or half the day. Golf at Kings Ridge or Sanctuary Ridge. Visit the historic downtown village and the lovely shops, restaurants and breweries that surround Lake Minneola. Hike or take a guided tour in nearby Lake Louisa State Park. Have dinner on the Lake while listening to live music at Lilly's on the Lake.
