Hello everyone, my name is Shay and i am renting my villa when i travel for work. This is a brand new (built in 2018) modern construction with anything you could ever ask for. from a top of the line kitchen to luxury bathrooms and a smart home controlled by Alexa. the house has 4 bedrooms that can fit up to 8 people. 3 full bathrooms, open space kitchen, dinning and living room all facing the pool and a private access to the water canal. a great hot tub area overlooking the canal.
sheets and towels will be available as well as fully equipped kitchen for entertaining.
PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWD OR DJ OR LOUD MUSIC OR BIG GATHERING AROUNF THE POOL AFTER 11pm
Disclaimer-
1. We monitor amount of guests with outdoor camera.
2. Heated pool is extra charge of 50$ for nightly rates under a 1100$.
3. It may take up to 72 hours to fix/repair technical issues that may occur.
