Private, serene, tiny house that can sleep four (two is most comfortable) with a queen size bed in the cozy, cedar lined loft or queen size sofa bed in the living room. The approximately 400 sq. ft. cottage (not including the loft) includes a modern farmhouse decor with countertops and lined walls from our sawmill located on site. From beautiful views and breathtaking sunsets to nearby historic Rabbit Hash General Store, make this your home base for visiting some of Kentucky’s most exciting places. Boaters can put their boats in at the nearby Weather Oar Knot Marina. Motorcyclists will love the scenic, winding roads!!

If you prefer not to sleep in the loft due to the low ceiling profile, a luxury queen size sleeper sofa is available in the living area which has a brand new memory foam mattress. Our home is located on this property as well; however, entrance to the cottage faces the road for your privacy. We are just steps away should you need anything at all during your stay.
