Villa SaraBella is a beautiful 3 bedrooms, 2 baths villa located in the heart of the popular Pelican area in Cape Coral. The gorgeous pool area is spacious, plenty of room for sunbathing, relaxing with the family and entertaining friends. The outdoor dining area is conveniently located in the shade and has a large BBQ grill, everything you need for a perfect stay.

The villa is located in the heart of Cape Coral, which means just a short car ride down to popular Tarpon Point Marina with all its shops, bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful marina. You're also close to Veterans Pkwy, for easy access to Down Town Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island.

We also recommend renting a boat for the day, then you get to experience the amazing canal system, unique to Cape Coral and you're only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico.

This villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious den with a full-size working desk, a cozy TV room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.

No need to fuss over what program to watch, all three bedrooms are equipped with TVs along with the spacious living room. The master bedroom has a King size bed and both the second and third bedroom have Queen size beds.

The master bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower as well as a very spacious walk-in closet.

The villa offers WIFI so you can use your own phone, tablet, or laptop.
