Watch the sun set over beautiful Berrara lagoon as you relax with a nice cool drink on the verandah of your two-bedroom chalet. Summer time is bliss from the moment you step out the front door - just stroll across the grass and into the lagoon. Every now and then the lagoon opens up to the ocean at Berrara Beach.
There is enough room out the front of your chalet to have a friendly game of backyard cricket or mini soccer. If sport isn't on your agenda, there are enough little hideaways for you to throw down your towel and soak up our glorious summer sun.
At the end of a big day, chill out by the lagoon while you cook up a storm on your private gas BBQ, watch the sun go down and plan your activities for the next day of sun and surf.

Please note that Berrara Waters Chalets are a Private Estate and NOT a Holiday Resort.Maximum strictly 5 people.  Extras will be evicted.   Please respect others by reducing noise levels in all outdoor areas after 10.00pm. STRICTLY NO PARKING OR CAMPING ON GRASSED AREAS, and PLEASE PLACE ALL GARBAGE IN LOCKED SKIP BINS AT ENTRANCE TO CHALETS & RELOCK.

NO SMOKING IN THE CHALET!   FIREWOOD IS NOT SUPPLIED. Wifi and phone reception is unreliable in this area STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED!- Linen is not supplied
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
