Montjoye

Description

The villa sits in a traditionally styled gated community and is on three floors with 3 double bedrooms and an open plan ground floor that leads onto a south facing decked area. The waters edge is a few feet away protected by railings making the house safe for young families.

The immediate group of houses has exclusive use of the swimming pool situated within 100 metres of the house (the pool is currently opwn with Covid-19 restrictions and because the pool is quite small, so the safety of residents and guests is a priority. This situation is being reviewed each week and please note that this may differ from the national guidelines in France). The master bedroom has a private roof terrace for discrete sunbathing or sun downers looking towards the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes.

There are tennis racquets, canoes and bicycles provided for the free use of the guests. There is also a rib with 20 horsepower outboard motor available at an extra cost on the basis that the guest has appropriate insurance and a powerboat level 2 licence.


All bath towels and bed linen are provided and a final clean is included in the rental.

The house is situated in a residential community with owner occupiers of whom some rent out their houses when they are not there.(as is the case with ours). It is therefore relatively peaceful and is ideal for families with friends who are looking to relax whilst making the most that the Camargue has to offer.
